Personality: Jose is always up for a good time and hates to see people sad. To that extent, he tries to never kill....just wound till the opponent can't move. He also uses his Kekkei-Genkai to make people happy whenever he can. He also is very open with his feeling, and isn't afraid to say what is on his mind. Jose never takes things slow either, he likes to get things done and over with.
History/Background: Very complicated. When he was 10 years old he simply appeared on the steps of the Hokage's house. He took Jose in, and trained him in the ways of the ninja to find Jose's ability to manipulate plants. He knew he was going to be an exceptional ninja so immediately sent him to training school where he surpassed most of his classmates...most. Him and his partner Keiro Hayase got in more than one or two fights and because of it, their sensei constantly lectured them. Jose never really paid attention though. So, 5 years later he's out traveling.
